Just a reminder that our White Elephant Sale is coming up soon! We will meet at Dothan Area Botanical Gardenson April 2ndat 5:30 p.m. Remember to bring your White Elephant Sale auction items to one of our next two Rotary meetings,March 2ndorMarch 9th. If you are not able to turn your item in at one of those meetings, please plan to take your item by WRCBEFORE Friday, March 27th. This will allow the committee plenty of time to get all items organized. If you are not able to get your item to WRC and need assistance with a pick up, please contact Rosemary McKibben at334-618-8464.
For our $5000 Reverse Raffle drawing, please remember that all Rotary members will be issued a raffle ticket. The $100 was added to your last bill. Due to issuing these in advance, we want to make sure that everyone understands that you do not have to be present to win the night of the event. We will get those issued tickets to you in advance. If you would like the opportunity to negotiate your ticket, but are not able to attend the event, please make sure a rotary member that will be in attendance, has your contact number in order to act on your behalf. There will be extra tickets available for purchase beforehand and the night of the event.
We are already receiving some incredible items in for our Live Auction! Some of those items include, Advertising packages from WOOF Radio, WTVY and WDHN, Set of Michelin Tires, $1500 worth of gas, framed art, Kirkland’s and Lewis-Smith gift certificates and many more!
It will be an exciting Spring themed evening full of fun and fellowship! Can’t wait to see you all there!
