White Elephant Sale Monday, October 20.  

Here are a few additional key points to keep in mind:
1.    Member Commitment
Each member has a $300 commitment that can be charged or donated:
o    $100 for the reverse raffle ticket
o    $200 for the auction (your donated item and the item you purchase).
o    You may choose to donate an item valued at $200, which fulfills both parts. If you cannot attend, you may simply make a $200 (or more) donation.
2.    Tickets - Your White Elephant Sale tickets ($40 for you and a guest) and the raffle ticket charge will appear on your next Rotary bill.
3.    Guests - Please invite friends and guests! A bigger crowd means greater success. Guest tickets are $20 each and can be paid for at the door or added to your bill. Heather will be at the entrance to assist.  Below is a one-pager you can handout to help spread the word. 
4.    Please solicit live auction items and contact John Brown at (334) 435-9445.

Most importantly—come ready to have fun and give generously.
