My fellow Rotarians:

It is crunch time.  Our annual Rotary Picnic is on April 23rd....less than 2 weeks away!
Each of you had a steak order slip attached to your Rotary badge asking how many steaks you and your guest(s) would need and how you wanted them prepared.  To date about 33 of our members have failed to turn in a steak order.

Upon receipt of this email, please reply to:

with your name, the number of steaks you need and how each is to be cooked....This isn't Ruth's Chris, so keep it simple:
RARE:     MEDIUM:    WELL DONE.

Also, if any of you or your guests would like a hot dog, please tell us how many.
